Founding the Forum

The Forward Women's Leadership Forum was established by Colette Coclough in 2018 to address the pressing need for a supportive and empowering community for underserved and often underestimated women, providing them access to resources essential for reaching their full potential. Founded by Colette Colclough, a retired Vice President of Maryland Public Television, the Forum aims to bridge the gap for women who face barriers in accessing professional growth and personal development opportunities.
